PART 2
ALL INCLUSIVE RETREAT
Immerse yourself at a tranquil Bridgehampton getaway where you will focus on healing, while being nurtured, supported and cared for.

Chic Bridgehampton Cottage
TRAVEL TO LOCATION: Bridgehampton is about 2-2 1/2 hours by car from downtown Brooklyn, depending on traffic. Don't have a car or don't feel like driving. No problem. You can take the Long Island Railroad (LIRR) from Penn Station (Manhattan) or Atlantic Terminal (Brooklyn); travel time is approximately 2 1/2 hours. A taxi/Uber ride from the LIRR Bridgehampton station to the cottage is about 5 mins.
About Your Host
Myra Howard, LMT, MCHC
As an advocate of self-care and healthy lifestyle options; I am constantly reassessing the professional services I provide to my clients and community.
The COVID pandemic compelled me to reevaluate the scope of my massage therapy practice as well as my personal weight loss struggles.
During this time, I embarked on a journey to find my true self. Working from inside out, I recognized the excess weight was a reflection of my emotional life and how I was feeling inside. I began to incorporate healthier ways to address emotional stressors. The long-term objective was to create new and lasting habits to support my health goals and to live happily in my body. As a result of this work, I was able to lose 50 pounds and maintain my new lifestyle.

As I gradually lost the weight and became healthier and fit, I felt a strong desire to help others on their quest to be healthy and happy. This led me to become a Health & Wellness Coach.
From this new perspective I saw an opportunity to synergize Massage Therapy (outside in) and Self-Exploration (inside out) to assist clients in connecting with their whole self.
My primary work as a Holistic Health Coach is to help people make long term lifestyle changes, by looking at all aspects of their life. My role is collaborative, nonjudgmental and client centered.
The ultimate objective is optimal health, emotional insight, self-realization, and JOY.
