Who is this retreat for?
This retreat is designed for women who feel stuck in life and seek to reconnect with their happiness and purpose, empowering them to live their best lives.

 

What's included in my registration?
Your registration includes:

  • 3 - Night lodging at the Himalayan Institute Guest House.
  • 3 - Vegetarian buffet meals per day.
  • Workshops covering lectures, discussions, readings, and self-care activities.
  • Meditation, breathing exercises, gentle stretching, and a self-massage class.
  • Nature walks and bonfire experience.
  • Access to hiking grounds, meditation center, and optional yoga classes.
  • A curated gift box.

 

Do we have to stay at the Himalayan Institute to participate in the retreat?
No, you can find your own lodging and attend the seminars during the day. A $40 per day fee grants full access to all amenities and buffet meals at the retreat center. Lodging fee will be deducted from your total.

 

Do I have to attend all the workshops during the retreat?
While attendance at all workshops is highly encouraged for maximum benefit, optional activities and downtime are built into the schedule for relaxation.

 

Do I have to practice or participate in yoga to attend?
No, yoga and meditation classes offered by the Himalayan Institute are optional.

 

Can I bring outside food and drinks?
Guests with dietary restrictions and severe allergies are welcome to bring necessary food items and beverages, but please be mindful that there is only a small guest kitchenette with a shared mini-fridge for storage. Guests will be required to dispose of any unused items before departing and encouraged to label their food items with names and stay dates. Please note that the residents and staff observe a vegetarian diet while on campus, and alcoholic beverages are not permitted.

 

What time are meals served?
Breakfast 7:30am—8:30am
Lunch 12:30pm—1:30pm
Dinner 6:00pm—7:00pm

 

What services are offered at the PureRejuv Wellness Center?
The PureRejuv Wellness Center offers integrative health services and therapeutic treatments designed for accelerated healing, disease prevention, and long-lasting vitality. You may choose an integrative health consultation, chiropractic care, or an ayurvedic or therapeutic body treatment for an additional cost. If you are interested in any of these services, we recommend booking them prior to your arrival.

 

Do I have to share a suite?
The lodging rate is based on double occupancy, but solo participants can be matched. Each suite includes a private bathroom and two seperate sleeping areas.

 

What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in:
Due to our limited staff, there arre limited hours for check-in. The staff is available to welcome you from 2 pm to 6 pm (Wednesday—Friday) and 12 pm to 3 pm (Saturday—Tuesday), so please plan to arrive between these hours. If your plans  require an earlier or later arrival, please contact Guest Services to make arrangements. However, regretfully, they are unable to accommodate arrivals after 10 pm. If you are not able to arrive before 10 pm, you may need to make alternative lodging arrangements for the night. Then you can check in the next morning.

Check-out:
Check-out time is 12:30 pm on the day of departure. They  can extend your check-out time to accommodate your scheduling needs (pending availability) for a courtesy charge.

 

Can I bring my young children or pets?
The retreat is for adults, and pets are not allowed on the premises.

 

Can I get a refund if I cancel my registration?
Cancellation Policy:
We understand that circumstances may arise which necessitate a cancellation. Please note the following policy regarding cancellations:

  • Cancellations made more than 60 days prior to the event will receive a full refund, minus a $200 deposit.
  • Cancellations made between 30 to 60 days prior to the event will receive a refund, minus $400.
  • Cancellations made within 30 days of the event are non-refundable.

In the event of a cancellation, participants may transfer their registration to another individual, subject to approval from the retreat organizers.

We recommend that all participants consider purchasing travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances that may result in cancellation.
