By booking a service or using this website, you agree to the following terms:
Appointments & Scheduling
All services are scheduled in advance. Availability may be limited, especially during peak times or seasonal schedule changes.
Payments & Fees
- Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise stated
- A 3% surcharge applies to credit card payments
- Alternative payment methods (cash, debit, Zelle, etc.) may avoid this fee
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We understand that life happens and schedules can change. If you need to adjust your appointment, we’re happy to help.
- More than 24 hours’ notice
→ You’ll receive a full refund - Less than 24 hours’ notice or missed appointments
→ The full service fee will be charged for late cancellations or no-shows.
Prepaid, complimentary, or gift card sessions may be forfeited in the event of a late cancellation or missed appointment.
Memberships & Packages
- Monthly memberships are billed on the 1st of each month and are non-refundable.
- VIP memberships are annual, charged at the time of enrollment, and expire twelve months from the enrollment date. VIP discounted services are charged separately at the time of service.
- Sessions follow rollover guidelines outlined in your membership
- Services are non-transferable unless otherwise stated
Health & Safety
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date health information to ensure safe and effective care.
Communication
By providing your contact details, you consent to receiving appointment-related communications. You may opt out of marketing messages at any time.
Liability
Chi Moshi Massage Studio is not responsible for outcomes related to undisclosed health conditions.
