1. Eligibility & Enrollment

• Memberships are available to clients 18 years and older.
• Enrollment requires a valid debit or credit card.
• Memberships and their benefits are non-transferable and may only be used by the enrolled member.

2. Billing & Payments

• Membership fees are automatically billed monthly to the card on file.
• Membership begins on the date of purchase and renews on the same day each month.
• Payments are non-refundable once processed.

3. Massage Memberships

• Available in 60-, 90-, or 120-minute plans.
• Each month includes one massage of your choice: Signature, Ashiatsu, or Prenatal.
• Members receive one free add-on per session (options vary by availability).
• Members also receive additional discounts on up to three regular-priced services per month.
• Discounts do not apply to promotional or already discounted services.

4. Recovery Membership

• Includes one 60-minute Assisted Stretch Session and four 30-minute Recovery Sessions each month.
• Recovery session options include Compression Therapy, Cryotherapy, Thermotherapy, or Percussion Therapy.
• This membership does not include add-ons or additional discounts.

5. Session Use & Rollover Policy

• Unused sessions roll over and must be used within 90 days of cancellation.
• Rollover sessions do not accumulate when membership is paused.

6. Scheduling & Priority Booking

• Members receive priority scheduling, though appointments are based on availability.
• To secure your preferred time, we recommend booking in advance or setting a recurring appointment.

7. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• A 24-hour notice is required for all cancellations or reschedules.
• Late cancellations or no-shows will result in forfeiture of that month’s session.

8. Pausing or Canceling Membership

• Memberships may be paused or canceled anytime after the first three months of enrollment.
• Written notice (by email or in person) must be submitted at least 15 days before the next billing date.
• Memberships may be paused once per 12-month period for up to 90 days.
• During a pause, unused sessions remain valid for 90 days.

9. Gift Vouchers & Promotions

• Promotional gift vouchers (e.g., the October sign-up offer) are issued after completion of the 3-month introductory period.
• Gift vouchers may be transferred once and expire 12 months from the issue date.

10. General Policies

• Memberships cannot be combined with other discounts or shared between clients.
• Chi Moshi Massage Studio reserves the right to update membership terms, pricing, or benefits as needed.
